In the week after we left the weather turned very hot and windy. A fire that started at Forcett wiped out much of the forestier and Tasman peninsulars. Over 100 houses lost in the Dunalley area.

Nz8 was the 747 Dunedin - kids jealous of the hobbit painted 767 bound for lax.
Aukland was ok with two acrobats in the sky tower lobby.
